At MyBody Fit we are dedicated to helping people understand the importance of recovery whether you are a gym goer or not. If you experience any level of stress, strain, or tension, you can benefit from recovery. Recovery is so much more important in these un-certain times for your mental & physical health. It isn’t something you should be doing once a week; it’s something that can help you in your everyday routine, regardless of whether you are an avid gym goer or not.

As humans, we are continually under mental stress which can lead to physical aches & grievances. Your body won’t feel the same every day, so neither should your recovery. At MyBody Fit we want everyone to have access to an affordable product which has been used in the professional sports industry for well over a decade.

Most of us are living busy, stressful lives, making it hard to focus on down time. But what if we all shifted our perception from what we have to do to what we should do like spending quality time with loved ones, setting fulfilling goals, or recovering from physical & emotional stress.
